Adding additional properties

If you operate more than one hotel, you can run Beacon across all of them. Each property is its own subscription with its own comp set of you plus five competitors.

To add a property:

1. From your account, click Add new property.

2. You'll be taken through the same onboarding flow you completed for your first property — property details, comp set selection, short names, and scheduled update time.

3. Click Launch Rate Radar at the end and your new property's first update will run automatically.

Each property is billed separately.

Once you have multiple properties, your account header includes a property switcher. Use it to move between properties — for example, between London, Paris, and Milan.

A few things to know

• Each property has its own comp set. A competitor selected for one property doesn't have to appear in another.

• Each property has its own scheduled update time. You can run them at different times if it helps your team work through the data property by property.

• Team invites are property-specific. If a teammate needs access to several properties, invite them to each one.
