Using the CXL Income view
The CXL Income page shows the money you kept from cancellations, including cancellation fees and non-refundable charges. CXL is short for cancellation.
Anything you were able to bill for a cancelled booking counts as CXL Income. Anything you couldn't bill counts as CXL Loss. See Using the CXL Loss view.

The summary cards
Four cards at the top of the page show the totals for your chosen dates.
Total revenue: room revenue and product revenue added together.
Room revenue: the part that was billed as room revenue.
Product revenue: the part that was billed as a product, such as a cancellation fee.
ADR: the average daily rate for the room revenue you kept.
How the money is split between room revenue and product revenue depends on how your property charges for cancellations. Some properties will see it all as product revenue, some all as room revenue, and some a mixture of both.
Kept rooms reports
Four reports show the rooms and room revenue you kept. They are split by date, by day of the week, by requested room type, and by segment. The report by day of the week only appears when the View filter is set to Daily.
Kept products reports
Four more reports show the products and product revenue you kept. They are split by date, by day of the week, by product type, and by segment.
