Setting up your account

Creating a Rate Radar account takes a couple of minutes and doesn't require payment details.

1. Go to getbeacon.cloud and click Start free trial.

2. Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code. Enter it on the Verify your account screen and click Verify. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or use the resend link on the verification screen.

3. You'll land in the property onboarding flow.

The next six onboarding steps cover:

1. Property details (name, city, country, room count, currency).

2. Selecting your comp set of up to 5 competitors.

3. Setting short names for charts and tables.

4. Scheduling your daily rate update time.

Once you complete the steps and click Launch Rate Radar, your first price update runs automatically. The setup screen shows progress and redirects you to the dashboard as soon as data is ready.

Your trial gives you 7 days of full access. No payment is taken during the trial.
