Managing your subscription
Beacon uses Paddle to handle billing securely. The Paddle billing portal is where you do everything related to invoices, payment methods, and your subscription itself.
To reach it, open your account settings and find the Account billing section. Click Go to Paddle to open the portal in a new tab.
From the Paddle portal you can:
View past payments and download PDF invoices for your records and accounting team.
Update or remove saved cards — useful if your card has expired or you want to switch payment methods.
View or cancel your subscription at any time.
Update your billing address — for example, after moving offices.
Add or update your VAT or tax number so it appears on future invoices.
Paddle handles all payment data directly — Beacon doesn't store card details on your behalf.
